As our products are consumable health products, we follow a strict non-returnable and non-refundable policy, in accordance with industry best practices and applicable Indian laws to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition and delivers exactly what we promise.

1. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products

Due to the nature of our products (dietary supplements and consumables), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any of our products once they are sold, except in the cases mentioned below.

2. Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Products

We will only accept a return or issue a refund/replacement if:

  •         You received the wrong item
  •         The product is damaged, leaked, or tampered with during delivery
  •         The product is past its expiry when delivered
  •         You received a product different from what you ordered.

Returns: If a return is allowed, you may request it within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Replacements: If a replacement is provided, the replacement product will ideally be delivered within 7 days. Delivery time may vary depending on location or unforeseen circumstances.

Conditions for Return/Replacement:

  • Clear photographic or video evidence of the damaged or incorrect product must be provided within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • You must retain the outer shipping packaging and invoice for verification.
  • Claims must be submitted via email at wecare@natureandthought.com or through our official support channel.

3. How to Report an Issue

To initiate a claim for a damaged or incorrect product:

  1. Email us at wecare@natureandthought.com with:
    • Order ID
    • Description of the issue
    • Photo/video evidence of the product (showing the issue clearly)
    • Unboxing video (if available)
    • Invoice (If available)
  2. Our support team will get back to you within 24–48 hours.
  3. If your claim is approved, a replacement will be shipped, or a refund will be processed to your original payment method. 

4.      Refund Process

           Once we verify and approve your request:

  • For prepaid orders: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days 

5.      Conditions for Return Pickup

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all labels intact
  • Our courier partner will make 1–2 attempts to collect the product; if unsuccessful, the return will be cancelled

6. No Refunds or Returns in These Cases

  • Change of mind or personal dislike after product use.
  • Products returned without prior approval from our customer service team.
  • Claims raised beyond the 48-hour window from delivery.

  • Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011
  • Consumer Protection Act, 2019
