Cancellation Policy for Subscribe and Save - Nature & Thought 

At Nature & Thought, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your Subscribe and Save subscription. We aim to provide a transparent and hassle-free cancellation process for our valued customers. Please review our cancellation policy below: 

Subscription Cancellation Window: You can cancel your Subscribe and Save subscription at any time before the next scheduled shipment is processed. Please ensure that you cancel within this window to avoid any charges or deliveries. 

Cancellation Methods: To cancel your subscription, you have two convenient options:

  1. Online: Visit our website at natureandthought.com and log in to your account. Go to the "Subscriptions" section and select the option to cancel your Subscribe and Save subscription.
  2. Customer Support: If you prefer assistance with cancelling your subscription, please reach out to our customer support team via email or phone. They will be happy to assist you in cancelling your subscription. 

Proactive Notification: Once you cancel your Subscribe and Save subscription, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the cancellation. This email will serve as proof of the cancellation request. 

Pending Orders: If you have any pending orders that have not been processed or shipped, those orders will be automatically cancelled along with the subscription cancellation. 

Refunds and Returns: If you have already been charged for an upcoming shipment and subsequently cancelled your subscription within the cancellation window, you will receive a refund for the amount paid. If you have received the shipment and wish to return the products, please refer to our Return Policy for further instructions. 

Please note that failure to cancel your subscription within the specified cancellation window may result in the processing and delivery of the next scheduled shipment. In such cases, the cancellation will be applied to subsequent shipments.

Subscription Process:

  1. Subscription Sign-Up: Customers can visit the product page and choose their desired subscription option. They can also create a subscription for the entire order during the checkout. Is there any way to show how much they save in totality during their checkout process.
  2. Payment Processing: Once customers select their subscription option, the system should securely process their payment details and charge them accordingly.
  3. Order Fulfilment: After successful payment, the system should generate an order for the subscribed products and schedule it for automatic fulfilment. Ensure that the inventory management system is synced with the subscription system to avoid stockouts or shipping delays. There should be the subscribe and save confirmation on the order confirmation page and the details of their next order. The shared invoice should also contain the details of the subscription.
d. Shipment Notification: Send automated email notifications 48 hours prior to customers to confirm their subscription order, including the estimated delivery date and any relevant tracking information.
